About the Pork
Our new charcuterie range uses the pork of award winning Mangalitsa pigs which are bred at Beal's Farm in Sussex. There they roam and enjoy a rich and varied diet of berries, roots, acorns, sweet chestnuts and wild herbs which are all available in their woodland home. This natural environment contributes to the exceptional quality of Mangalitsa pork, known for its marbled, creamy fat and rich flavourful meat.
