We have used seared British Lamb Loin brushed with Dijon Mustard, wrapped in an Anchovy and Lilliput Caper Mushroom Duxelle, then encased in a Spinach and Herb Crêpe, finished in Puff Pastry and hand placed Rosemary leaves. This is then served with an Anchovy and Lilliput Caper Jus.
